Diana’s connection to nature and healing started at just 10 years of age when she helped her elderly grandmother harvest and prepare herbs from their medicinal garden to make botanical remedies. “Being with my grandmother in her garden was very special”, she says. “She taught me the benefits of each herb and I understood their power and potency from the very beginning”. Diana came to Australia and worked in the travel industry, but a being desk-bound didn’t suit her body or her soul. “Something in me was stirring and I knew I had to use my grandmother’s wisdom to heal and help people”. Diana flew back to Lebanon to study with the master herbalist who originally taught her grandmother. “He was 80 years old but in great demand, queues of people waited to see him every day”, she explains.
